Garbage beware . They all have issues and are under recall. After they fix the so called issue , it still has the same issue won™™t drain water . This is a pandemic and they know about the issue and still sell these junk washers . Repair guy coming out for the second time we will see read the reviews. I™™m not the only one. This is a lemon.

I have never been more disappointed in an appliance. I read reviews on this product and it did say it was noisy so not gonna complain about that.
The washer was less than a year old when it leaked water and because it was located on second floor of house it damaged my down stairs ceiling. I had no less than 3 service calls because the tech couldn™™t figure out the problem as water leaking was intermittent. He replaced the seal and another part and then ended up replacing the whole inside tub. He said after talking to a rep it was determined that the holes on the inner tub weren™™t drilled out completely and as washer agitated water couldn™™t escape and splashed it up over the top. Now after having all the parts replaced it only ran another year and a half before making a terrible noise while in spin cycle. Sent tech FaceTime call of the issue and he said he thinks it™™s a transmission and not worth a service calls basically said buy a new washer.

I purchased this unit in the spring to replace a Whirlpool washer I had been using for about the last 20 years.this machine is similar in function and options as my old one with one exception. There is no water filter to collect the lint/dog hair from the clothing being washed. I have never seen a washer that didn't filter the water and had I known this I never would have purchased it and would have upgraded to a model that did filter the water. As of now I'm stuck with it and will be looking for a different unit . I am greatly dissatisfied that this unit does not do this basic function. If there is some type of attachment I can install, please advise.

We bought this washer 05/30/2024 and 2 years to the day it quit working properly. No one makes appliances to last any more. The washer tries to fill with water but runs straight through. I changed the cycle and it fills with water and stops. It just sits there with water. It took me hours to drain so my clothes would not ruin. I now cannot get it to wash. Now I have to go to the laundry mat and will call the repairman as soon as I can.

I have this washer machine,I got it brand new less than two years now it™™s broken due to electronic board issue. A lot of people reporting the same problem .we live in a new construction community and this washer was provided by the builder and I have seen a few of them from my neighbor already put them out for the garbage so clearly this model has an ongoing problem. The company do not stand behind it when I call whirlpool directly. They referred me to a subcontractor repair company called Goodman home which they want to charge me $125 just to come and do diagnostic and then whatever the repair gonna be they™™re gonna charge me extra for labor and whirlpool said after the diagnostic they will decide if this will be eligible for part replacement by them in my opinion this is the worst brand do not buy this washing machine.

The only reason I gave it a four star was I don't like how one has to start and stop the machine. If I forgot to put something in the washer and open the door and then close it I have to press the button. All old washers when you did this it would automatically start without having to press the start button. Other than that the machine seems to be doing the job.

This product was included in my home purchase from the builder. It's not working as it should. 9 times out of 10 the machine goes thru the Fill, Wash and Rinse cycles only to circle back to "WASH" and stall out. That means I have to completely restart the load making it almost double the time for a load to finish. Sometimes it won't finish and I simply "drain and spin" so it can be done. Whirlpool chat has suggested I "reset" the machine by unplugging it for 60 seconds to see if that helps. If that also fails, time to call for service. Very disappointing for a new washing machine.

I™™ve had 2 of these exact whirlpool models . My first one fried 4 circuit boards within 8 months before whirlpool would replace it . Got the replacement and 4 months later the circuit board is fried. Was extremely difficult getting Whirlpool to do anything for the warranty other than replacing the circuit board . They stated ™they stand by their products.™ It also does not clean clothes properly, leaving soap residue and white patches on clothes . Save yourself the time , the money and the anger , just go get any other washing machine

We purchased this unit just over six weeks ago. While we were looking forward to having and using a brand new washing machine after using our last machine for about twenty five years. Well, let me tell you,it™™s definitely a learning curve, having done laundry the same way for so many years. But, once we started adjusting our way of doing laundry and following instructions and tips, it seems to be working well. The hardest parts are getting used to the new amounts of soap to use and not being able to open the lid to check or add clothes without pausing the cycle. We just have to learn to set it and forget it, walk away and come back when it™™s done.

This is a product failure. The drain pump stays on endlessly due to a faulty control board. I™™ve had mine for just over two years and had this failure twice. Previous Whirlpool washer lasted 18 years without a repair. Not the same reliable brand it used to be.

So far so good. Only complaint is every now and then it leaves white spots on dark cloths. I have tried waiting for water on cloths as well as mixing water with detergent. Still does it. Not all the time though.

After having for 3 months it stopped workin. When you try to wash a load it starts draining randomly. I was given a date 3 weeks ago to be fixed then they pushed it another 2 weeks. It was supposed to be fixed a few days ago, we waited all day and customer service assured us the tech was coming. He never did. Then rescheduled it for 9 days out. Very Unprofessional

It broke in 20 months. It stays in continuous drain mode and starts and stops in drain mode all day. There is a known problem for this machine. It is the control board failure. Unfortunately Whirlpool doesn't pick up the phone after 2 hours. Then when you give your call back number no one calls. Its been 4 days. No call. I would say Whirlpool has terrible customer service at best. I am searching for a class action law suit or going to see if a Class action Lawyer wants to take this on. There are so many of these machines with this problem Just go on Youtube. It is a safety hazard.
